How to Use
- For Normal Soiling: Add 10–20 ml of DET D1.2Y to 1L of water (1.0–2.0% dilution). Scrub or brush the solution over the surfaces, then rinse off with clean water to remove residues.
- For Heavy Soiling: Add 30–40 ml of DET D1.2Y to 1L of water (3.0–4.0% dilution). Scrub or brush the solution over the surfaces, then rinse off with clean water to remove residues.

When will I receive my order?
Once you've checked out on our website and your payment is confirmed we will dispatch your order within 24 hours via our delivery partners (this varies as per the shipping address provided during checkout). Once shipped, product cannot be returned. Return can be accepted if product is received as damaged.
Can I request a replacement?
If you receive any damaged goods on arrival, we strongly advice you to register a complaint within 24 hours of receipt, we may request couple of images of the same viz., damaged material’s pictures, packaging pictures, etc., which you need to submit on request. We request you to please drop us a mail at info@chemtexltd.com or alternatively call on +91 90736 78883 for registering complaint and request for a replacement.
Can I request to resend/refund the material if I am not available at residence/address?
In case you are not available at your mentioned address, our delivery partners re-attempt depending upon availability of delivery personnel. Post that delivery charge will be applicable. The free delivery offer is only for the first shipment.

The machines are imported hence we do not provide any warranty or service for the machines.
