When will I receive my order?
Once you've checked out on our website and your payment is confirmed we will dispatch your order within 24 hours via our delivery partners (this varies as per the shipping address provided during checkout). Any order within India should not take more than 7-10 working days to deliver depending on the location.
Please note: Since we partner with logistics providers, there might be cases where orders are delayed due to (unforeseen circumstances situations i.e. service delay due to the situation at large in your area of delivery). Once shipped, product cannot be returned. Return can be accepted if product is received as damaged.
Can I request a replacement?
If you receive any damaged goods on arrival, we strongly advice you to register a complaint within 24 hours of receipt, we may request couple of images of the same viz., damaged material’s pictures, packaging pictures, etc., which you need to submit on request. Can I request to resend/refund the material if I am not available at residence/address?
In case you are not available at your mentioned address, our delivery partners re-attempt depending upon availability of delivery personnel. Post that delivery charge will be applicable. The free delivery offer is only for the first shipment.
